How do I see totals on grouped views?	Use the Rollups checkbox to show totals for grouped items in a view. The Rollups checkbox will total projects or tasks under a group where appropriate, such as Work, Cost, or relevant formula fields. Last Verified 4/1/2018
Why doesn’t the Gantt Chart show?	Use Gantt Chart checkbox. Checking the box in the Data column at the top that says Gantt Chart will allow the Gantt to be visible, if you uncheck the box it will disappear.  Last Verified: 03/01/2018
I can’t enter any tasks.	If project summary task is on, and there are no tasks, cannot edit or insert tasks The row will be greyed out and will not allow edits if there are no tasks. The Project Summary task must be turned off, and reopened. Last Verified: 4/1/2018
How do I return from Documents on the Project Site?	Click Home to return to the Project Site main page. To return from the Project Site, click Project Details to return to the opened Project, or click Projects for Project Center. Last Verified: 4/1/2018
How do I filter with multiple value fields?	Filter projects by a custom field in project center, do the following: Click Project on left, Click Project tab at top of ribbon, Click Filter dropdown in Data section, Select Custom Filter, Type Field Name, test, and then type value you want filtered, Click OK. Short-cuts with the 3 dots from Project Center	Click the 3 dots ellipses to open the Project , Share, Delete, Build Team or Go to Project Site. Check In and Delete require proper security permissions. Last Verified: 4/1/2018
Gantt Chart or Timephased for my Tasks	Click on Tasks on left menu, select Gantt chart or Timephased. Last Verified: 4/1/2018
Filter to show my tasks	Use filters, Use Previous or Next Period or Select Period. Last Verified: 4/1/2018

Update all Risks or Issues at once	Click Quick Edit and all items in the list can updated in the grid, similar to Excel. Note that multiple line fields cannot be edited in this mode.   Last Verified: 4/1/2018
Open multiple projects from PWA into Project Pro	Use Control Click to select the desired projects, open in Project Pro. Opens a temporary master project with all selected projects as subprojects. Best not to save the master project. Last Verified: 4/1/2018
Export to Excel	Most PWA views can be exported to Excel by clicking Export to Excel on the ribbon. Resource Engagements do not have this capability. Last Verified: 4/1/2018
I can't find my Resource Engagements	Resource Engagements must be published from Project Pro, and in Project Information, set Calculate Resource Utilization From to Resource Engagements or Project Plan until. Last Verified: 4/1/2018
How do I find my Project or Task on the Gantt Chart?	Use the Scroll to on the ribbon and the Gantt Chart adjust to show the desired project or task. In Project Center, select the project and click Scroll to Project. In Project Schedule, select the task, and click Scroll to Task. Last Verified: 4/1/2018

Select or Clear Resources in the Resource Center	Use Select All or Clear All to quickly choose your desired resources. Last Verified: 7/25/18
Submit comments with Task updates	How can I submit comments with my task update? Or, how can I stop the comments pop up every time I submit? Select Comment on Submit to include your comments. Deselect to stop the Comment window.
